Sorry Guys, I have to bow out this Friday. I got an email this morning that a zoning board meeting is scheduled for this Friday. It's typically the 3rd Thursday of every month but there are some appeals and hearings going on which is forcing a second meeting this month.

You're right. It is here to stay. If anything the omicron is showing how it's getting milder and less deadly. The virus is evolving to it's final form to coexist without killing it's host off.

If we’re going to risk getting sick I’d rather we do it when we actually play D&D. Though, if everyone has gotten a booster in last couple of months we are probably fine either way, but I’ll let the medical professional (e.g. the one that makes the best D&D decisions) make the call there

It's ok. Better than New World. I'm just running around doing quests and digging for artifacts mostly. I've hit level cap so the only new gear I can get is from doing dungeons.

It's a bit like Skyrim but a bit more structured. You can still ignore the main quest and do all the other content they've got.

I found ESO too confusing in terms of gameplay and other players kept annoying me… every time I play a new RPG, I keep going back to Divinity 2: Original Sin to beat that game again. Just put in 500 hours there for my seventh playthrough and found even more new stuff and game endings I had missed other times…

ESO has been around for a long time so I completely get that feeling. I've avoided most people in the game and that's made it easier. Though there's so many expansions and quests it's hard to know what to do first. It is an Elder Scrolls game after all.

Anyone watching the train wreck that is The Book of Bobba Fett? It is making me not want to watch the third season of the Mandalorean… Feels like Star Wars porn for kids. Don’t want to spoil much (can anyone really spoil this sh*t?) but there are Jabba twins, bad-ass Wookiee, Danny Trejo, Steven Root, and best of all Grease biker gang that looks like they came from Back to the Future… I cannot understand how someone that could make two amazing seasons of the Mandalorean could make this garbage

Wait. You're telling me they screwed up something from Star Wars? The hell you say. The first season of Mandalorian was good because it was in the Star Wars universe but didn't involve anything with the characters from the movies. It was expanding the universe. They fixed that "problem" with season 2. They've now gone so far up their fanboy ass with BOBF that anything else from here on out is tainted.

I could not understand why they made this series in the first place. I haven't given up on Mandalorean. I loved season 2, even the end and the use of original characters.

I was ready to hate it but I gotta say, I actually enjoy it. That sounds like an unpopular opinion here I know but hear me out. Once you give up on everything you know about Star Wars form 20 years and just zone out to what's on he screen you will love it too.

Hey like what you like. I enjoy the Fast and Furious movies. I just wanted new stories in the universe with all new people. Instead it came back to the stories and people we already know about. That's what has let me down about the stuff with Star Wars.

Oh I agree, we got 9 movies about whiny Skwalkers. Where's the movie about the Jawa and his crew aboard the filthy whore? That's something we should pitch to Disney!

Maybe a show in the Farscape or Guardians of the Galaxy type of genre would work. I don't know if the name "The Filthy Whore" would make it past marketing though. Also Tattoine needs to be blown up. Just destroy that outer rim planet and move on.

Actually just watched the last 2 Fett episodes and enjoyed them. What I wish though was it wasn't Boba Fett, could have been anyone, any unknown character and it would have made it 100% better

I started feeling crappy on Sunday but it really hit me hard Wednesday and Thursday. At the moment I am not sure I’m even in the condition to drive. If things clear up tomorrow I can come with a mask. I tested negative for Covid, so at least I won’t spread that crap. Otherwise, I can send out a Zoom link or Skype or Google Meet.

Feel better! I wouldn't worry about the game test, the other groups went before us so we just have to play one scenario and it's not monitored. I would say if you're not 100% we can just link up with you online or we will just get you next time
