New characters will be at level 2
At level 2 characters also select a Skill Feat from the attached Unearthed Arcana list

Yes these are my dice rolls, I believe new characters can choose from either Gio or my stats:

I’m playing a Ghostwise Halfling Ranger/Rogue combo.
Here are my original stats (I even rolled a 6, but thankfully only had that single terrible stat roll that could be dropped):
